Kids & Students Pre-Registration Form

We love families here at White Flag! Our Family Ministry Team provides age-appropriate programming at each of our services for kids birth - 5th grade. 

We invite Middle and High School students to sit in the worship center at any of our services. Programming for Middle School students (6th-8th grade) is Wednesday 6:30-8:30pm and for High School students (9th - 12th grade) Tuesday 6:30-8:30pm during the school year. 

Let us know you are planning a visit and then stop by the Family Ministry counter located in the Kids Wing Portal when you arrive to get your kids checked in!

Form Submission

Our goal is for every kid and student to have a safe place where they belong and are known. To accomplish this, we encourage you to attend the same service each week. This allows kids and students to be part of a small group with the same leader and friends. Programming is available for kids birth-5th grade at all weekend services.

Programming for Middle School students (6th-8th grade) is Wednesday 6:30-8:30pm and for High School students Tuesday 6:30-8:30pm.
